Something to consider - you may want to go into the options and turn off the 'retro effect,' I personally found it WAY easier on the eyes.

If you're having trouble with your score it's important to know that when shooting a bull's eye target it reappears smaller and smaller behind the original - try a decent burst of ammo for multiple hits, and a nice multiplier.

The game music sounds awfully similar to the music from a Genesis game called Sub-Terrainia...

There may not be badges for Endless Mode, but I'm playing it anyway because its so much fun!

Another helpful tip - if you keep your ship at the top of the map, the entering enemy ships will always do a 90 degree turn away, then turn 180 degrees straight back at you - this prevents them from being able to launch a broadside of cannonballs at you, and is VERY handy. + to keep on top!

I'm certainly glad that my crew are much better swordsmen than the enemy!
