Good news!
My new engine is finished, it allows easy scenario making and adding units.
The tutorial level is finished and I'm now working on the main campaign.
Skirmish mode will also be available.
The shop/upgrades still have to be implemented.
There will be achievements to unlock too.
I hate the sound myself, this game does not use the shootorial mechanics, I used another tutorial. I'm working on an engine which will be entirely made by me.
It's so hard to die. Just a (not very good) copy of the Shootorials. Try putting in some of your own code and art.
