How do you get people to comment on the room service??!??! I've already got room for 3 servers and need more cleaners but i can't get any more damn workers?????

Today is my first time to play this game and after about twenty minutes I'm finding it's basically way too easy...... through the first two islands and only encountered one battle that even required the use of a health potion..........
