Jagex stated they were releasing a new skill on RuneScape's Main Page. They aren't releasing much data about the new skill yet though. So I don't know what you mean by sailing, Brady. Summoning is Members only, and the new skill is Free Players and Members, which was about the only thing I heard from the question and answer for the RuneScape CEO, Mark Gerhard.
My level 64 was hacked, but I locked it and unlocked it and started playing again in 3 weeks. I have my level 137 on lock mode atm, he should be unlocked in about a week.
