Hey, impact 381. Thanks for raising this. We double checked and there is no bug there. You received the corresponding amount of production for the time advance. Please note that when you buy an upgrade to advance time the bonus generated goes directly into each of the building's production. Then, you need to click or draw across the buildings to collect the total production gathered (as you would usually do).
