For those wondering how to reset, you just need to earn enough gold coins in to purchase a first talent. After that, you can reset whenever. Ridiculous, I know.

little bonus I found/discovered: holding CTRL lets you buy up to 25 at a time, and SHIFT seems to be a buy MAX

Having figured how the game works, I've been able to upgrade the exponent about 6-7 times in 10 minutes

I understand how this game works: You upgrade the 1st number like normal; when you upgrade the 2nd number, it adds the current value of your 1st to your 2nd, and then resets the 1st. Same concept applies to the 3rd number: it adds the current value of your 2nd number to your 3rd, and then resets 1st and 2nd. Upgrading exponent still resets everything and increases the exponent by 0.1 each time. Hope this helps anyone confused by the math.
