The cover system is really very poorly done. You state we can't hide more than one unit behind cover, but the enemy has no problem doing five or six at a time; and it really doesn't make sense to hand us so many units that only really work behind cover; but then not be able to use any of them due to them not being capable of holding cover well enough.
Additionally in Hardened Morale plummets far too quickly. I was at 50% morale 20 seconds into the fight, because apparently my troops gave up as soon as the enemy starting firing mortars. Nobody has even died yet, and we'd killed 15 enemy troops, yet -my- morale is the one that is plummeting?
@Zarbados: Yeah. I'm not even bothering with it. That's just not really fun in my opinion. I'm here to enjoy a game, after all. Why should I frustrate myself while having fun?
I just beat the game without it giving me the final achievement :c
Then I discovered it removes the profile upon victory, so I can't even prove it.
Boo.
I'd like to offer my deepest gratitude that "...I am sorry" was actually a valid, accepted response by the computer. It felt quite deep that it understood that. I also enjoyed how it understood "Play Chess" to mean "I'll stay with you" on my next playthrough.
To turn such art into such a game is truly a remarkable way of getting priceless scriptures out there to the masses. I saw a few poems I havn't seen before, and that was a marvelous feeling to gain, especially when I expected to head to kongregate and attain far less wholesome entertainment.
