Removing the option to grind was an excellent choice, makes the game more challenging and enjoyable. I hope you keep it like that in future games (at least as an optional choice or in harder difficulties)
Impressive visuals and music, but the story really goes downhill after the first two chapters and would have been much better if you dropped the silly fantasy elements. Also, the puzzles rely too much on guessing and pixel hunting. Not a bad game, but there's much room for improvement.
This game is so trivial it's almost insulting. No need to employ any tactics, no remotely challenging encounters, basically just another click-x-times-to-win dumbed down parody of a turn-based rpg. Looks promising, fails to deliver.
It's all a plot to trick players into thinking that flipping burgers is fun, so that they get a job and earn some money to spend on Remnants of Skystone :P
The idea is brilliant and the execution nearly flawless, providing a truly remarkable gaming experience. The only problem is that it's a bit too short - how about adding a level editor? 5/5 Well done!
Awful plot, needlessly flashy graphics, lots of spelling mistakes and ridiculously overdone buzzwords (Ultimate Epic Legendary Elite... etc.) - and yet, the game manages to be fairly entertaining for a while. My only gripe is being forced to grind for gold at certain points and boring, needlessly long boss fights - especially with Entity, where the fight drags forever and is neither challenging, nor enjoyable. Overall, the game could have been a lot better if the author put a little more effort into polishing the final product. 3/5
The idea of time management is great, but poorly executed - there are not enough options and most of them are useless anyway, as you can escape very quickly concentrating only on the baloon. The setting is mind-bogglingly ridiculous and requires more suspension of disbelief than I'm willing to give. Why won't the money-filled blobs try to destroy your only means of escape? Why won't the travelling turret salesmen simply give you a lift? I understand it's just a simple shooter, but it's nice when a game setting makes at least a tiny bit of sense. Overall a wasted idea, resulting in a mediocre game with few redeeming qualities 2/5
The game has potential, but from what I've seen so far it suffers from serious balance issues. Gold is abundant while iron is scarce. I ended up leaving my lands unguarded to provoke rebellion and win additional iron in battle. Mages' special attack is too slow to be of any use. Ditto mage heroes. The upgrade tree should provide information about new units before you research them, otherwise the player is forced to guess or look for spoilers when playing for the first time. I'm also not sure if units, resources and research should carry over between levels - right now I'm in level 4 with nearly all upgrades and an unstoppable army and as a result fights have become trivial, repetitive and boring. I'll refrain from voting until I've seen more of the game, but I already feel like I'm playing an unfinished product. Shame, as it could've been a lot better.
Bug: there's a part in my construction yard (salvaged from an enemy) which I cannot attach to the vessel - the "reconstruct" button stops responding if I try. It would also be nice if you could trade parts directly in the construction yard, without having to visit the trader. Apart from that, I'm really enjoying the game so far. Well done!
