I have forged an axe powerful enough to split the heavens in two. Behold my ultimate creation! Your foes will perish from a mere glimpse of its fearsome twin blade. Coincidentally, I need one more axe to complete my collection... bring me a fine weapon and I shall gift you with this masterpiece.
That went fast... all axes are gone. Anyone who gifted me with a weapon and didn't receive one in return will be gifted as soon as I'm allowed to craft a new batch. I assure you they will be well worth the wait - damascene steel, ornamental handles and a lifetime guarantee.
I'm willing to part with four sturdy axes of remarkable quality and unique design. You will find them sharp, durable and ready to hack through legions of enemies without suffering a single scratch or dent. Don't miss the chance to fight like a real man - get your axe today! I accept all kinds of weapons as payment.
Not bad, but gets a little repetitive after a while - more variety of traps and enemies could help. Jennifer is gorgeous and gets you an extra point for the final score of 4/5 :)
Not a bad game, but it brings nothing new to the table and the inevitable comparison to Frantic makes it look shabby in just about every aspect. 3/5 for the effort.
Several puzzles are pretty clever, but the game made a bad overall impression. You shouldn't force the player to use additional devices - in some cases I knew exactly what to do, but lacking the proper equipment I was forced to look for some convoluted alternate solution. Not much fun.
A horrible implementation of an otherwise nice idea. What's the point of forcing the player to waste so much time on mindless grinding? I'd like to see how different choices affect the future of my apprentice but the sheer boredom of having to click the same few buttons over and over again made me sick of this game.
Worse than the first part, which wasn't all that great either. Nice artwork, but that's about it. Shooting is pointless and ruins what little suspense this game might have in the beginning. No comment on climbing ladders.
Annoying minigames and pixel hunting don't mix well with a strict time limit. The ending was a bit too straightforward and predictable. Pretty average game overall, but shows some potential. Keep trying.
I'm mildly disappointed, especially by the lack of any challenge whatsoever. The puzzles keep getting dumbed down with each chapter, trivial to solve yet needlessly tedious to complete. The music is great and the graphics nice as always, but I'm not sure if that's enough to keep me interested in the series.
