I don't know statistics, but I think Kong's overwhelming number of players are male. Dress-up games don' go far with guys unless they're well... umm, you know: thorough.
Nice artwork.
Kudos on the color choosing capabilities.
But sorry, this doesn't belong on Kong.
I've never heard any of these songs. I've played it about four times and I just can't put a thumb on any of them.
Personally I don't see this game going far. There is such a huge range of music, you could never make it a fair game.
1. Perhaps if you had different servers for different genres.
2. Make a little chat thing for friendly chat while the game is going on.
3. And PLEASE, get some more mainstream stuff... I recognize none of these songs.
Some other stuff, you should just play the beginning of the song every time. Take some samples out of every song. Maybe like a 30 sec. sample out of the middle and a sample out of the beginning. that way, the people who play this really often don't keep hearing the same part of the song over and over.
Oh, and a personal preference. Give the artist's name too. I heard one or two songs on here that were cool, but it is SOO hard to find a song on nothing but a title.
Got it.
Nice game. You could really incorporate this into a bigger game. Kind of like a more in depth runner or something. Add things like a power bar so we know exactly how far we're gonna jump.
I disagree with xfall. The shotgun is a great weapon because of its enormous kickback power. Dual AK's are great for clearing out big zombies, but the dual shotguns clear the minis with no sweat.
I was a big fan of the grenade meat. I was able to distract them while they were big with it, chop them up to smaller zombies, then the grenade took out the horde. Dual Shotgun is a great weapon for this strategy!
I had no problem with the controls. And I didn't feel it was too sensitive. But gosh, does it lag something awful. Perhaps its just my computer. but the game take SO LONG.
And what are the F's? Did I miss something int he instructions alot of the are in the most ridiculously dificult spots. I can;t guage how hard I need to push my truck to get them because it lags so bad.
The artwork was nothing new, but I have a gripe. In all the city levels, these little tuner cars are TWICE THE SIZE OF A MONSTER TRUCK! Talk about not to scale.
I say its got potential. Mind you, its going up against MANY MANY other games just like it. Perhaps you should add some upgrades. I've always like being able to modify tire grip/size and topm speed vs. acceleration. Good start, but it needs some polishing.
Great start. Might I suggest a little more info on built defenses. I hate getting three or four waves in and forgetting what 3.4 of my trenches are manned with... bazookas or rifles? I think giving a little more info than just health would help alot in more strategic placing of units. Nice work. I hope we get alot of great updates!
I get that this was supposed to be one of those minimalist games with some moral meaning, but I just didn't feel it. I mean, I sacrificed myself to be part of a fountain? I was a friggin' dragon!!!!! So were you!
*Ahem!* Sorry. Nice game. The controls were a little too precise. Reminds me of speed-running in Super Mario Bros.
I'm really happy to see the server choice. Now we don't have to compete with lots of other people, or not be alone int he big wide world. Great game, great humor. 5/5 hands down!
Yeah... not the best sci-fi game around. Like others have said, very reminiscent of Dead Space/Metroid. The suit even resembles a mixture of both.I felt the horror vibe, but was way too active. No suspense. Nice artwork, simple gameplat, but very little in the way of awesomeness.
Nice game. I like the interactivity that was missing from the Infectonator series. Its nice to be able to get some of your characters to where they are needed most. Just a few suggestions.
1. Fix the text on the back of the cards. Some of the words are overlapping and it looks rather sloppy.
2. I'd really enjoy some kind of body counter while I'm playing, just so I know how close I am to reaching the massacre goals.
3. How about some kind of warning int he corner of the screen when the portal is being attacked? On the large maps, I don't like having to keep checking it for knights. And with the mpa being so big, the pixel that represents the baddies is barely noticeable.
Great game, all in all. A great twist on the Infectonator idea.
Nice game. I like the addition of adding upgrades, as opposed to spawning mediocre buildings. My only gripe is the lack of prep time at the beginning of the level. Personally, I need a moment to plan where/how I'm going to place my buildings. It sucks that by the time I think about it, they other duded are already across the map. But I think the game is pretty cool.
I love the game. I like the upgrades... and the mega towers have amazing customization capabilities... but I can't stand the fact that we are basically forced to juggle to beat the later levels. If there is going to be a sequel, I'd recommend writing that part out.
Kudos, Ivory. Nice ambiance to this one. Art was nice... and the music was just fantastic. Nice pick. I can safely say yours are the best "differences" games I have ever found online. Nice work, I can't wait to see the next one.
