Have you considered to improve the "loading screen", maybe just hide the loading animation when done. It is kind of frustrating the long "waiting" just to notice that it says "DONE"
There is a BUG with the new final screen, you said "Included a final screen at the end of the game", but, if you play ANY level after killing the brain, the final screen shows again, not just at the end of the game.
There is another BUG in Level 25. Appart of being really annoying the last part, when the ship is moved to the bottom to WAIT, maybe the game keeps listening to keys (or for another reason) but when yo are released, your ship moves a lot, sometimes hits the wrong brain. Maybe fixing this and avoiding the looong wait when there is a flash... Or finding another attack for the bos
ANother problem with last boss. You dont even need to pay attention. Just fly over the 3 brains, 2 will have no collition and the correct one will make insignificant damage on contact.
Great, you implemented almos all the sugestions, but, the bug in the spitting siri is not fixed, just postponed, noe instead of freezing on 25% freezes when you damage 50% before it leaves the right position. Nice one with the enemy ships, now change them also in the achivements. The buying still feels way wrong. Yo can arrive to the brain lacking 2 weapons and 2 firerate, and that considering a LOT of farming levels. With 100k of gold to go, with less than 1k per minute with luck on farming levels, no thanks, no point on playing. Maybe another 5 leves to justify the time but even then the gold is not enought.
As I said earlier: this is what is giving me the most work. I even considered the total change in his mechanics, but as he was already ready and I still had a lot of improvement requests to attend to I couldn't change, so I tried to improve, and it seems that I made things worse. :( Sorry I can't please, but all of this is experience so that in the next games I will remember all these comments and then produce something of quality. Really bad info, where is the Help screen? It should be a description of each Power Up/Down.
A"Back to menu" in the Pause screen?
It is weird that the "enemy ships" look like Finn the human from adventure time. Could you make them look more like space ships?
Also weird that the "live" slime is not lively at all, Maybe some animation?
If you have time, maybe change the sprites of the weapons when upgraded.
Thanks for the feedback. The illustration are from a free site, The graphics are not as lively as they are available for free, so I had to do what I could with what I had. The graphics are made available by Pixel-Boy on gamedevmarket. Sorry for the lack of animation in sprites. In the third boss, there is really a programming error. I'll still check it out.
really BORING and SLOW intro. No way to speed op to read at once, paused if in the background ans fade away on its own if left alone... Deaths keep piling up, but progres is NEVER saved. This was the last try :-(
