rescale everything... the player is too big as well as most enemies... too big, that is, in proportion to the smalll frlash stage size. Makes maneuvering about very awkward and frustrating so that although I could tell tyhis was a potentially GREAT game... I clicked off within about 15 secpnds or less.
Great game but the thought blurbs ruin it. I can'tstand waiting for the dude to make his comments. They could have been entirely left out for the better.
I really think I would have enjoyed your game if the tutorial hadn't been forced on me. It was really slow paced and frutrating and annoying as hell. Still 4 stars even though I didn't play any fiurther.
there is a really annoying bug in the control system... all will be working fine and then suddenly the player is pulled in some direction... I bang the keys, etc. etc. in a fe secs it's back again but by then a game is blown. I'd finish the game otherwise.
You have an issue in the game where when the player moves all the way toward the top, bottom, or either side, the player will become stuck and able only to move side to side or top to bottom -- this is really frustrating :) Looks like one of those one frame off errors. Great game though, love it!
it's cool... totally authentic except IO think you should refactor the movement code... it's too sensitive, really hard and frustrating to control even in spots where the game is supposed to be easy.. ike dropping a single koopa
neat... my only criticism is sometimes you die -- well, always... and you have no idea why... I mean no shark got me... I just stop and die... fun tho!
