Would be nice to be able to move your buildings... rather than get stuck with the bad layout they start you with. Also agree that using more workers on a building would be good.
Awesome game - really addictive - I should be working, not playing Grinns... that being said I agree with being able to sell stuff - or at least break them down into resources that make sense - ie. brooms could be turned into wood, nuts & screws & springs could be turned into metal.
I agree on the farming too - should get 2 or 3 items - or just reduce the time - or get as many items as you assign villager actions or something to balance it / make it worth while. The one thing I have not seen yet - and maybe its just because I am so low level - is firearms for my hero's... it would be cool for some classes to have ranged and close combat - like the adventurer could have sword and gun - or maybe archers could become riflemen.
A way to feed your hero's before going into battle would be good - maybe an "Inn" or "restaurant" that you could leave your hero in for an hour or 2 hours even so that they come out well fed.
Great game. I hope the sequel includes smaller territories and chance to find other survivors who can be equipped and join you on missions. Perhaps even usable vehicles - whenever I see those bulldozers I want to string stakes on the front plate and doze my way through hordes of zombi's.
Confirmed - whatever you buy does indeed devalue. Cocoa or Coffee beans were 260 per unit. I bought when I found them at 140 per unit. They dropped to 110 per unit. I was able to unload them at 130 per unit. Only lost 800 gold. Then bought sugar at 100 per unit which was selling at 140 per unit at the previous port. Now sugar is 80 per unit... that needs fixing. It's pretty annoying.
Nice game. Couple of suggestions:
1. Crew - add the ability to hire crew who can increase your stats
- eg. Bosun - repairs ship after battle
- Gunner - more accuracy
- Powdermonkey crews - fire faster
- Quartermaster - better trading
2. Add some sort of market informant - there seems to be no way to predict the markets
3. Allow for a flotilla (control a fleet of ships)
4. Take a look at Sid Meiers Pirates Gold - very old but similar in some aspects.
Thanks for the compliments and suggestions!
