I've developed a method, put a 0 in the middle, and a random string of numbers on the sides.
Here are a couple results:

My winning team is very simple.
Start with far right: Entirely piercing facing left with an om nom at the top.
Then build left: Entirely Fireballs facing right with an om nom at the top.
Then on either side of the middle (I did mine on the left of the middle) Do from bottom to top: Dual, Dual, Eye, Dual, om nom.
Chase whichever demon is closest to the end with your sword, bosses are priority, especially envy boss. Every time a block gets cheesed or unsummoned, pause the game with space and replace it, even if you have to temporarily remove an entire stack. You should be collecting enough souls for it to not matter.
With that strategy, I lost no dolls in survival. :)
Power of flight - Sit on the meditation platform for a while and don't move.
Final boss - Avoid him when his mouth is open. Collect five fairyflies and activate the runestone before he comes by open mouthed and takes them all away.
