Today I learned an important lesson about using the Charm of Disease on an enemy standing next to you.

Rogue Fable II is one of my favorite Kongregate games--I'm so happy to see a sequel! I would definitely buy these if you put enhanced versions on Steam, too.

This is filling the Zero Escape-shaped hole in my heart--excellent writing, fun puzzles, and interesting characters make for a great game!

Zero Escape was certainly a huge inspiration! :) Hope you enjoy Arc 2 when it is released, and feel free to reach out if you ever run into any issues.

Man, finally beating every class is so satisfying. Ranger was the biggest pain for me.

Love this game, but it would be nice if auto-explore wouldn't merrily walk you through environmental hazards and kill you...

The gameplay is really good, but since you're copying Monument Valley so heavily, you really need to actually acknowledge that somewhere. Now, you're just passing off the gameplay and style as your own work for someone who doesn't know the original.

Great games and I loved all the Lucasarts references!

Lucasarts/Lucasfilm games? We never heard such name! D: *smells for angry lawyers in the distance*

Love these games, but the sliding puzzle drags the whole thing to a halt.

Fun gameplay, but way too buggy. I'd like it if losing health could actually kill you and not swinging your sword for no reason couldn't.

Love the concept, but the controls make it really unfun. I'd love to play it with less slippery controls!

It's kind of disingenuous to claim you can get coins from making puzzles when they have to be voted up by the community--my last four puzzles have been rejected, and the four coins a day from rating puzzles only gives you one reasonably difficult puzzle. I've stopped trying to create puzzles because they simply disappear, no matter how technically proficient they are.

Developer Reply

There's only two of us so it's impossible for us to check all the puzzles ourselves. The voting system helps keep the overall quality level of the puzzle library and does a great job of keeping offensive puzzles out. It's not without flaws however. We often try to "save" puzzles from the reject pile when we feel they were too harshly judged by the community, but the recent onslaught of new puzzles has made that more difficult than usual.

Having played a million of these games, I really like the badges and leveling - but I agree not being able to skip any easy puzzles is ridiculous!

Gorgeous game, but I cannot complete the 18th level--it's dark enough to hurt my eyes even with my brightness turned up to 100%. Please fix this level!

Developer Reply

it's not because of the brightness, just not best place for last piece

Doesn't work as an idle game--it doesn't seem to progress when the focus is off the tab.

I'd really like if the last radar upgrade didn't cost so much energy--it makes my later trips much shorter.
