Control, we need backup. We are in hot pursuit of a caucasian male driving a honda... scratch that, make that a toyo.... now he's driving a red harley-davidson motorcycle with flames shooting out the back... scratch that, he's driving a red lamboughini... well, hell, control, now he's driving one of our patrol cars! And now he jumped into another patrol car! Wait... wait... he's on the airstrip control! He's.... he's....
Well, damn. I think we're a wee bit out of our league.
Somehow I dont think even the australians are bloodthirsty enough to really line every hairpin turn with chunks of highly explosive metal. It's just not sane.
I really hope this is my connection speed or my keyboard and not a failure to play simple games, but I cannot get any of the minigames to add stats. Every time it says "practice +0" I cant win any races because I cannot train, and everyone saying this is a good game just makes me crazy.
I threw is backwards. Everyone should. That is fantastic that it breaks everything. Even Chrome ground to a halt trying to figure out what was happening.
Wow. I had my computer running around the clock, had hit level 23, was very pleased with myself, my comp BSODs, everything dies, and I lose my character. I know I am taking this too seriously, but SERIOUSLY! PUT A SAVE BUTTON IN!!!!!
I was going to give it a 5/5 and then I got killed for the twentieth time by a fish while doing a bad frogger impression on a needlessly long sewer level. I don;t know if my game glitched or something, but I have been on the log for up to 6 minutes without dying, and there appears to be no end. WTF.
I actually was mildly amused by this. I give it a three for originality. The tag line about racism confused me a little, the whole "Aren't we all buttons" thing, and.....
I dunno. I liked it. I agree that there are much better games out there, but I genuinely liked the simplicity and cuteness of this little thing.
Aaaaaah! The mysterious floating block of text makes it impossible to make the jump! The blatant copy of other games makes me too sad to complete levels!
Seriously, I like the ideas, but it is the same basic idea as shift, and it did it better.
As far as quality goes, it seems to be perfectly well made an playable, fun even, but it is obviously derivative, and not as good as it could have been. Try introducing some new concepts!
AWESOMESAUCE!
I had idea that the last level was a seahorse. When it took off, that was cool. I would have like to have been able to zoom out all the way for that, so I could see the takeoff. But all in all, this was a good game, with good controls, and really cool gameplay. Not too hard, but not stupidly easy either. I would be willing to replay.
Totally saw the ending coming. Should have been a beefier boss, or at least a more entertaining one. Loved the game though, maybe focus a bit more on a magic system if you ever make another similar. I did feel like the last 20 levels were kinda odd in that all of a sudden there were dragons and golems, each exponentially larger than anything on 60's, and then, when blood bones came in, he was significantly weaker than the dragons and golems.
It was like you just wanted to have a couple of monsters already introduced when you threw together a boss fight.
