All day yesterday it was not letting play and now it is still not letting me play, but Thursday it did. Why is that? A bug?

weird glitch: i did 15 again and when i completed it the battery was showing on the complete screen! also the achievement screen showed i have 15 beaten but the icon didnt lite up!
