Hi I'm jake7010. I need your help fusing the attacker helmet, After trying for over a week I obtained it,it's in my storehouse, but when I try to fuse it says I have to obtain it. I have refreshed and rebooted my system and still nothing. Please help. Please advise thanks
Hi jake7010, was the system saying you are not having enough blueprints when trying to fusing this item? If so, please check whether you are out of trophies instead, as there seems a message problem in there, I am assuming you were running into it. Please have a check :)

This is so stupid, I have done everything you told me to do about reloading. I just once did that stupid form, why I don't know, same thing NOTHING HAPPENS you tell me.

I don't know a better way to put it, When I click on recharge, it asks what server, I click on S-2, then the screen comes up to buy Kerds, I click on the one I want to buy, then it takes me to the screen. I always use paypal, have reloaded 2x no problem, I click on paypal and nothing happens. I have tried several times and still nothing. I called paypal and the said it was on your end. It wasn't getting through. I wanted to buy $300 in kerds for the gold unit sell, Oh well it's your lose I just hope you get it fixed before my VIP runs out.

Would you mind to tell us where you got stuck ? Did you try to use paypal to recharge the Kongregate credits, but you cannot make it ? We may need to know more details about it and help you.
Something is wrong in the fusion, I understand that it fails, but this is the 1st time I lost a BP. it took me over 50 times to get a scouter sight just to lose it on a failed fusion. Failed fusions have always taken everything else but the BP. Please advise.

Sorry for what happened to you. To avoid situation above, you are suggested to use the VIP previlege, which not only gives you 20% success rate plus in set fuse,but that when the set fuse failed, you will lose no trophies and blueprints.
Did you mean the GP Ranking Event ? If so, that Event should end. You may check the Duration time of the Event and you would know which Event is on line. Meanwhile, we would like to ask the operators to make the offline Event disappear.
Sorry for the inconvenience. You may try clearing the cache of the web-browser and refreshing the game, or using another web-browser such as : Fire fox, Chrome to log in the game. In addition, when you meet stuck at loading screen, you may wait for a few minutes to see whether the loading bar would continue moving. Hope this info can help you.
When you click the "Recharge" in the game, there should be a window existing. You may need to choose one from the options to exchange your Kongregate points to gold.
