This game is purely annoying. Attention grabbing text boxes, UI elements that are larger than the screen (not everything should have a slider!) and just feels grindy beyond any fun.
My current strategy is to place 2 harbors per island - one imports everything and one exports everything. I figure they'll eventually fill up and become efficient doing that.
Your UI is a mess. As others have said, the upgrade button should only pulsate when you can actually buy something. Other things: you lack units in a bunch of places. What is the Y-axis on the Games graph measuring? In the BP menu, for the auto-release games, there's a selector with numbers. 100 what? Days, percent of quality? Also, it would REALLY help if things such as the shop organized items based on cost, cheapest first. I also can't figure out where some of the power formulas are gathering the numbers. They say (X+Y+Z)*W = A, but where did all those numbers come from? Just needs a lot of polish, need to hire more structure engineers man.
Good game, though not without issue. I enjoy coding and problem solving, and I don't mind having to look up things on different sites, but relying on things such as Twitter or external sites to generate codes just to proceed? What happens if those sites go down? Leave anything out-of-game as static and leave everything dynamic within the game itself.
Horrible game. It would be one thing if the screen rotation was constant, but it's hard as hell to navigate a turn when the screen rotates and alters how far you have to move. The corkscrews around level 2/3 are particularly annoying if not downright impossible with the lose controls and pulsating, randomly rotating screen. I have a headache from playing it for a few minutes. Artificial difficulty at it's finest.
Is there any way to permanently deactivate the "activate premium items" screen? It's getting really annoying and I severely doubt I'll ever use it so repetitively clicking through it is getting annoying.
The more I play games like this, the more I think SOMEONE has to have created a program using a webcam or something that would watch for the appropriate time to press the keys and just automate the playing here.
They make it much faster to travel vertically, which is useful before you unlock (or if you can't afford) teleporters
