Unfortunately since recent updates this game has become very buggy. I didn't receive my item pack for level 20. Could I have it reimbursed at all?

Really good game, but the waiting completely ruins it for me and if I'm expected to pay for a flash game you can think again. I'm going to rate this low just for that reason. If the game didn't make you wait 15mins for a very short time of gameplay I would rate this 5 stars.

or do how do you get the torch if thats one
