This is a pretty great game. I hope you make a sequel. I like how you can upgrade warships to have more cargo and trading ships to have more damage, but maybe in the sequel you should have three ship lines? You could have true trading ships and true warships on the outside and then in the middle a hybrid class. Guys, trading ships are not useless. The damage stat is the total damage the ship does on an attack. The clipper does 400 damage per attack and the ship o' the line does 440 damage per attack. You can see this in action when you attack and the big yellow number shows up in front of the enemy ship.
