Sure.Actually,you are so much of a friend you will be another GM (Guild Master). Rules should be the same as the old clan. Thread layout should be the same as the old clan.
-Me,you,ghostz,1793 and catking’s accounts(all of them)are members for now.
-2 GMs (me and you)command ghostz,1793 and catking’s account net(4 VCs).
-5~10 officers will be under command of us.
-Next, we need 10~20 veterans,and then recruits for the rest.

Up to speed so far?Good.Now for the level req’s. -For Application to enter the clan,a person has to be at least lv 12,and no higher than lv 18,have more than 1000 total kills not counting flags and tournaments,no more than 2250 deaths,and a Kill-To-Death ratio of 1 kill to 1.95 deaths or lower. -For Veteran Application,a recruit has to achieve the goal of getting 10,000 points,progress beyond lv 18,have a global rating of at least 125,and have the promotion approved by any

member of officer ranking or higher.
-For Officer Application,a person has to get 4000 kills+flags total or win 15 tournaments,
have a global rating of at least 450 or higher,be over lv 22 and have the promotion
approved by any VC or GM.

-Now for points. -Each individual kill gives 5 points,team kills give 15 each,flags 25 each and tourny wins will give 250 each. -Each death takes 2 points off. -Each global rating point gives 375 points,and every level higher than lv 13 gives 500 points. -The Chain Of Command is very simple. -Guild Masters have to get the other Guild Master’s and at least 2 VCs to approve his decision to apply it. -Vice Commanders (VCs)have to get 35 Cryonite (votes)and 2 other VCs approval to apply changes suggested to the clan. -Officiers have to get 65 Cryonite or higher and a GM’s approval for anything they want to apply. -Veterans and Recruits can not apply changes unless all 6 GM’s and VC’s agree on it. -Now for Cryonite. -Each Officer can vote 3 times in a week,Veterans 2 and Recruits 1. -Each vote will contribute Cryonite to the suggestion a member want to apply. -A Officer’s vote gives 3 Cryonite,Veterans 2 and Recruits 1.

We allow any weapon below Snipers above PSG-1.Laser LGM’s and HGM’s are allowed.

For the rest,you can make any decision you want.
Lastly,The clan should be called Terran Defense Professionals.
