Having played other Boxhead Zombie games, I felt that the upgrade system was a huge letdown. Great premise, and it's always fun to kill zombies, but please don't become a MMORPR. You're so much better than that. It's not fun having to wait to get upgrades rather than killing a bunch.
Well, after three days, I finally got the last mission done. Here's the set up I used:
Weapons: Ripper, Photon Blaster, Shotgun, Assault Rifle, HOLY GRAIL, Destroyer, Rocket Launcher.
Equipment/abilities: Static field, Flux capacitor, Power extender, and Hair trigger.
As it says around 25 seconds, you will want to focus on Raze. He starts with a rocket launcher and (assuming it's the same as the easy campaign) 500% health. Get a good weapon and whatever power-ups (preferably invulnerability and rapid fire) and try to find him. If you get up close to Raze, he will damage himself with the rocket launcher, and possibly suicide. Since the rocket launcher only has 3 shots, he will likely use static field to protect himself. Be aware of any other enemies around, and keep drilling him.
Great game all around. Alien campaign lives up to the title "Hard". 10/10
I walk inside the house:
Wife: Hey hon? We need to talk. We used to have a green sedan, yesterday you brought home a cop car, the day before that you brought home a motorcycle. And today you bring home a stealth fighter?
Me: Hey Hon, what's for dinner?
P.S. I'd like to hear anyone argue that the flame launcher is anything but a gift straight from the hands of the fire god Agni. Considering that we can't really use the final weapon...
If it already knows how the battle is going to turn out, why waste the time of showing it? the 5x battle speed under settings almost seems to be a necessity, as battle style becomes boring after a few times.
Okay, just finished, pretty good graphics, decent power ups and difficulty ramp. The music kinda got repetitive, but was still good. Overall pretty good. Makes me kinda want to go make a plane...
Just finished it, thought it was a fun game. I'm using a laptop, so the keypad killed me a couple of time. Have to agree that controls are nightmarish, but after some practice with divide and conquer, I got the badge. Really important to move fast for the last set of levels, once the level starts, especially getting as many units as you can going.
