It's a good game, but with a lot of flaws. Right now, there's no sense that as you put points into your character, the earlier floors get easier. You have more hit points to absorb the hits, but if anything the earlier floors get harder as you level up. Also, the attack upgrades are far too stingy, but buying them is outrageously expensive compared to how long it takes to slog together enough gold to buy character upgrades. Not to mention, the upgrades cap out FAR too early. Don't know how easy it is to address balance issues like these, but if it's possible, it would make for a far more pleasant game.
One idea for the a future addition would be some sort of reward for completely clearing out a floor. Maybe a choice or random handout of hit points, attack points or gold. A viable reward, though. Not just a spell every time.
