For anyone who gets the level 3 bug:
go straight for the boss, stand right next to him and just shoot him, shoot as few of his minions as possible, then once he is dead clear out the rest of the bots. Worked for me, might work for you. try to do as LITTLE as possible before you kill mr boss bot.
10s of thousands of interest on hard? I know you designed the game and all, but wow I feel bad now. I completed level 6 of hard once, and now can't repeat the achievement >.<
The controls aren't crap, they're different. It's hard to pick up and play, and requires some degree of ingenuity (especially the jumping through and over various obstacles, than which there is no greater joy once mastered). I'm not sure why people get so angry at this game for being difficult, it's a challenge, it's not based on luck, and it takes more than 5 minutes. Get used to it.
Well in my first battle, I thoroughly destroyed the other player with Cornelius' Voidstream/Mirror thingy attack, but s/he quit...this being my first impression of the game, I have to say game is well-made and fun to play, players so far seem dishonest and cheap.
5/5 for the basic mechanics, -1 for being from a site that clearly won't listen to our opinions here on kong, and -1 because you can just travel straight to the light without even thinking til lvl 20.
