The update removes the purpose of the Warehouse building entirely. It seems that the problem was people not understanding how to progress - so why not have an animated icon pop up when you can afford an upgrade to guide players to the correct section of your game's complicated UI?

Clicking the work button too fast causes severe lag, which reduces our ability to work quickly - other users have suggested that you're creating a new save on every work click.
