Level 21: Look at the capital letters and the commas.
Each phrase (between commas) has one or more letters capitalized.
Link up the capitals in each phrase to make a compass point.
Tag the teleporters corresponding to these teleporters in order.
A tally will appear if you are doing it right, and once you do all five, you will warp to the bad guy.
If you use a hint for the final difference (the one after the sunrise) the animation doesn't occur and you don't win the game (or get the badge).
