It might only look like you're paddle is the same size as before, but actually it's a little bit larger. If you upgrade your paddle width multiple times you will soon notice the difference.
If you're stuck on a black screen, just reload the page. Press "M" to Mute. The game saves, only the data of the very first players may be lost, because I uploaded a new version. Hope this helped :)
This is one of the best games I ever played. It's beautiful. Challenging. Even has a nice storyline. And the music fits perfectly with it. I couldn't stop playing until I finished it. A very nice unique game indeed.
