What's that? Spent so much god damn time getting food and resources so that you can finally get another survivor? Oh no! another person looted your place! they stole 80% of your resources. I guess you better feel like a complete idiot now. (That's something called completely game breaking)
Now I've done the math, and it doesn't add up. The most corruption points you can get is with the anvil (2/villager) and the total amount of villagers is less than 2500. (I got 2005 at the final wave, and I missed very few) The top scores are all 1000+ which is 4/villager. If you're going to cheat, you need to do a better job at it. At least TRY to make it not completely obvious.
Good job developers! You made a half decent tower defense with several bugs and glitches that can be both exploited and infuriating! And the fact that in three years you still haven't fixed them (Three years AFTER they were pointed out) I'm sure is a SHINING example of how you treat something.
Six. Six rocket guys, along with six Spec Ops. (They have grenades) and two medics, my engineer. All die to one tank. Not a mortar strike, not a plane. A TANK. I had over 300 kills and yet one tank can kill my entire team? I even had extra tectical points to use on extra rocket lauchers. Yet they STILL couldn't kill that tank. Why is this game so damned dependant on luck?
I love it. My barbarian goes and gets his skill meter up to max by killing a bunch of guys. Runs AWAY from the enemies, to a solo guy that just spawned and hits HIM with his AOE smash.
Stardust stack, and make it so the amount of damage you do is just stupid. Add a critical and it's no longer stupid, because it's become hillarious. Take that 70%
All this praise and I want to add more. The storyline is excellent, the designs are quite good, and you've even given the characters some depth. well done.
As far as constructive criticism is concerned, perhaps another game involving warren? I get the feeling he died due to his being weaker than the other brother, and thus was given a harder assignment, but it would be interesting to see a game in that direction.
Not good, but here's some tips. 1)People like missions, so next time add objectives.
2) Even crappy ones are better than none, add a story. Is it an anti-batman protest?
3)Lastly, add variety. More enemies, upgrades, weapons, etc. Good luck next time
The feedback is appreciated. Here's a response for you: 1) Player reward was supposed to be a "high score" in an extremely difficult game, however, I'm not too savvy on Kongregate's api yet. Still trying to figure out why HTML5 games won't connect through iframe. 2) When you attempt to make a game in four hours, you tend to lose track of important elements like story. This is something I'll work on. Not an anti-batman protest but I lol'd when I read that. 3) If there's enough interest to update to a version 2, I'll include many more gameplay elements for people to clamp their clicks to. Once again, thank you for your opinions and advice!
my brother is a nerd.
I tried this game only to find that he had done it before... all of it...
Or else I'm a ninja that did it while I slept, which is just as likely.
As for as the game is concerned... Wee? on another note; Did you know that the first grenades in the world were developed by assassins in feudal Japan by using ceramic jars and gunpowder?
