No tooltips? Drag and drop to play every card? Even worse monetization policies? If you are not even going to make the slighest effort to port this from mobile, why even bothering?
Backgrounds are alright, but the rest is pretty forgettable: sound assets (or the lack thereof), animation (or the lack thereof), level design, graphics. Controls mostly work. And it's one level with no boss and barely any challenge, what's the point of uploading it? Was there really that great of a demand for a demo?
Very, very few set pieces and not enough to do, really. It's the shame, art and sound were fine (expect for the artificial difficulty of not seeing what I'm doing).
When the challenge comes from floaty as hell controls, you know you created a bad game. Not even the theme is redeemable, it's been seen in countless platformers. I guess being hired works wonders for choosing which games get badged.
Isometric minigolf has to be one of the worst combinations ever conceived. Too bad it's impossible to reliably putt, because the game was stylish enough that every hole was interesting.
The art style is interesting, but puzzles are way too easy (the game pretty much tells you what you need and where) and suddenly the game turns into a pixel hunt for clock parts. Also, the story is not engaging at all. Too bad, it looked like it could be way better than this.
The latest levels are so full of unfair bullshit encounters it's not even funny. Am I supposed to get the perfect party combination? Grind earlier levels? This is not good game design.
