you get less credits on level 2 because there are less enemies than level 1. nothing to do with multiplyers or anything

what would be nice is an option for your ship at the upgrades screen, which is an scroll bar that determines wheter your cannons fire tight, or spread out. having max armor isn't nice with those spread out bullets.
