If this game ever implements API, I'd say it's a good candidate for badges. In my opinion, I'd say that there should be three badges. Easy badge: achieve 3000 in distance, Medium badge: unlock colored mode, Hard badge: achieve 10,000 in distance.
Initially, I just wrote this off as a late-SNES RPG knockoff after seeing the town and chars, but that all changed when I got into a battle. After getting through the first battle, I realized that this might possibly be the worst battle system I've ever seen in my life for an RPG. What happened to the quality of art and why are the controls so awful?
I didn't like the amount of silly errors in dialogue and felt that it could've been a little more interactive instead of just going back and forth being menus... However, it is one of the best edutainment games I've ever played and I look forward to the sequel. 4/5
