i have experienced a few bugs in the game, they were all fixed, but this one is by far the most annoying. I CANT GRAB AND DRAG THINGS!!!

Do you have the Drag Tool selected? I've never heard anyone report dragging not working previously. If it's consistently happening after refresh, please report it on the bug reports forum thread following the steps there.
