endurance mode was pretty easy finished with 4 lifes left keypad was the hardest.

How to get all badges : start new game and then start the first match. After you're ready to go in the match, keep pressing the skip button until you're dead. Once you're dead, click continue. Then click on any of the colored circles to start a match. When you're in the match, click skip. You have all the badges.
