getting stuck behind level requirements door with no way to continue leveling makes this game impossible to beat. Also, when I fought the lvl 2 boss (flame throwing one) as soon as i spawned, he shot me off the platform.
This is one badge of the day that I give up on.
The art was really good. Hats off to the devs for sure! Ari's ability to never blink in certain scenes freaked me out a little though. She is an alien isn't she?
There were several conversations where I found myself thinking two steps into the argument, where a point I wanted to make was too easily countered, and quickly dismissed as the next choice I should make when it was really the right way to go.
I also thought that some of the challenges you had to do were a bit of a leap of faith, as the idea that you needed to challenge with didn't always fully encompass what you are about to say on the topic.
Oh, and as a tip to other players of this game, using any of the options in the question button are guaranteed to never lower your credibility in an argument, only bad challenges can lower it. There is also an option to mark already asked questions in the options that I 100% recommend activating ASAP (i only wish it applied to challenges as well).
This game was great! A few bugs I suppose, but most of all, I enjoyed the watching... yes, that long, burning staring. It burns long... and hot... as it watches, and stares deep into your soul. That staring, and that burning, remind me of my youth, when I would stare at my dog. It was a pathetic thing, and when I stared at it, I would watch it, and scrutinize at every pathetic movement, and every pathetic little whimper it made. Such a puny thing. When I stared at it, my soul burned with hatred... just as the hatred I see in the demon towers as they stare, and scrutinize those goody-goody humans.
This game is way too hard -_- upgrade system doesn't work well, controls seem really sluggish with the tail, and on top of that I find the game boring anyway, not even going to bother going for the medium or hard badges.
Great game. It feels very lonely at times though. Having to find the hidden items was starting to drive me nuts with only cooling lvl 3 (perhaps a balance issue here, or perhaps it was an intended difficult point). On a glacial planet you can get down to the 150 - 170 range to look for hidden items if you have level 3 cooling, and since hidden items only show between 150 and 250 range, the 20ish rock range sometimes held an item for me, and sometimes it didn't. Only when I had two items left to find did it finally give me the correct materials for cooling level 4.
Step 1: make a defense... turtules, mice, w/e appropriate for that level. + healz Step 2: mass archers... MASSIVE archers. except for those levels with ghosts... hmm... i hate those things. other than that it works right up to the end. I beat the final boss with nothing but mice and archers 0_o. THOUSANDS OF THEM!
There is something wrong about the way the burrito bison tackles those security guard gummies... when they come out of fighting, the gummy's eyes are bugged-out and the burrito bison's foot is somewhere near his rear end.
This was an awesome series... I hope there is more to it in the future. I wish I knew why the moon was partially destroyed... is that due to the 2020 asteroid thing that was mentioned? hmm... and then I know I read that there was a sect that wanted to plant explosives somewhere that alluded to you needing to blow the base up, but it would have made more sense if I actually had to set the charges to blow before leaving.
how come some of the bosses take all ur temple health, and some of them only take 1/4 or 1/2? and the keys not registering in some of the boss fights is really annoying 0_o
