I like it. The antimatter shield is a little cheesy, so it's a good thing that it's a little inconvenient to use. It might be even more balanced if it used energy.
Was anyone else REALLY disappointed by the last level? I expected some grand finishing challenge. I got "cut a chain and watch..."
Still, I really liked the game.
I see the similarity in the mechanics to Loops of Zen and to Electric Box, but I think that it is an "original synthesis" of good qualities of both. Electric Box annoyed me because I had to power down the circuit to make changes. This game shows constant and changeable progress.
iskonjin is right on both counts. A very good game that gets tedious only because there aren't enough merchant/mercenary quests. rawr1232 has a good idea about making purchases count for something.
I think it's neat that the pictures do change, so it's not always the same game. If you wait long enough, the "hint" is that part of the screen wiggles.
