for those who claim the badges don't work:
Dude! You just completed the Trojan Hero achievement in Achilles and won the Trojan Hero badge and 30 points!
To Beat the Game:
1)Save 50 people from dropping them.
Near the end, you can go all the way to the far right to dodge the spinning blades.
2)Save 100 MORE people from the alien. This is easier than it sounds, when it turns red, it drops a whole line of stickmen. Easy.
Stickicidal Maniac
Dude! You just completed the Stickicidal Maniac achievement in Parachute Retrospect and won the Stickicidal Maniac badge and 5 points!
Don't save a single person. Kill all of them.
Charon is right, the concept is pretty good, although I've already seen a bartending game before. I don't remember much about the other one. Lots of features, everything seems to be pretty well done. Seems to be a heavy learning curve just getting the hang of things. It's not a bad game, just not in my tastes that's all. I'd give it a 3.75
mediocre controls (very slow movement, bad weapon switching, etc.)
extremely glitchy (fall through floor of death, teleport spawns, powerup/guns falling through falls)
ridiculous badge
makes for a horrible experience.
pretty interesting game.
score was 982 on first try. i missed feeding the dog one time, or else i would've gotten the -30 bonus. oh well. 982 is a pretty low score (lower = better)
I would like to add that I am *extremely* thankful that there were no save wipes and we can continue to use our old saves.
1 further suggestion to the developers: a "sandbox" or "free" mode may be nice for new/old players where they can start of with unlimited skill points and can test out new strategies (although this is less important now that we can redistribute points without penalty); for this mode, i would also suggest the ability to choose who you would like to spawn (even bosses).
begs, i know exactly what you mean, i pause to chat with people and come back and **** myself by hitting the wrong button. Of course, there's nobody to blame but ourselves, i've remedied that by pressing "p" once again instead of teh buttons.
I must also say that the developers were incredibly speedy at fixing and updating flaws elements of this game allowing many more people to further enjoy the game.
Thank you.
gold mantis, build 8 turrets, you'll find that the boss only have 6 rounds of ammo, leaving 2 turrets and your main flak left standind alive. meanwhile keep using winged bombs (#3).
silverworm is right. when i first started playing, i restarted elite mode 4 times because i was trying to figure out a working strategy for the first boss (e.g. getting thunderglobe only to realize it's completely useless against the first boss). being able to reset skill points does not hinder the game in anyway, and i don't see why we should be penalized for a mistake that can be easily rectified on your part.
