Something I noticed, If you set people as guards at one mall it won't show up in another, so if you click on another police station when some of them are guards at a mall then you won't see the original guards listed. Maybe this was obvious to some people but I didn't realize it till later on and I don't remember it being like that in the first rebuild.
I have to agree with discord on this one. 25 days is too long! I started getting bored at 15. I'd had all the techniques fully upgraded a while before that. Great game though. 5/5 anyway cuz I'm in a good mood!
It may be possible. Here's how I figured out how to injure him without him attacking you. Go up the route to the chandelier, You will probably pick up fire, this is ok. When you get to the block right before the chandelier start throwing your katanas. He will have moved back to the center. Continually throw your katanas as fast as you can, they will hit him if you're doing it right and you'll see his health go down. My fingers aren't quite fast enough to kill him because it loses life slower the less life it has.
