Where do you get (what level) the next weapon after the stick?

"create weapon 5 times" quest is puzzling- Have forged some but ain't getting progress. Is there some other ways to creating weapons, other than forging?

Very nice game. Doing spiral on the map to explore every bubble. Had to reduce quality along the way, but thats perhaps cause my laggy comp with atikmdag problems.
