"You are lose"... seriously? First level was far too easy... the cat was an idiot. The second level didn't have enough obstacles and the cat quickly made it to the edge. Also, first time I booted up the game, it kindly froze my internet... dunno if that is your fault though...
Collision detection could use some help. I punch right through the guy. I can't tell the difference between A and S. If you want a good boxing game, will need more than just one attack (since A & S are the same) and a defend.
Simple game, but it works. Nice touch with the "processing" at the end. In the real game though, you just need to empty the pyramid, not the deck too. 3/5.
Decent idea, but too headache-inducing for me with the constant flickering. If you had kept your animation consistent, it would have helped a lot. Also, took a bit to figure out what I was supposed to do. 2/5
@satanisX There is a new game coming out. You can see some of it on his DeviantArt page. There's a new character and it's supposed to have some platforming elements in it. Dunno about the EXP curve.
Getting a perfect 777 in survival is entirely possible: Instead of doing the normal fire route, I focused on Ice & Light, getting every passive recast time buff possible maxxed and every mana regen/maximum passive possible (and max healing too of course). Then, on survival, I just kept non-stop spamming the healing, with an occasional freeze (if I had enough mana). Leveling up was annoying (since my focus was on attrition, not attacks), but I was able to get 777 at level 14.
For (beyond) the hard badge, after you reach about 600 or so, there are simply too many mobs to kill. At that point, just hold down your life button and forget fire and you can get to 750+ by dodging and max healing (I reached 762 so far).
One major improvement: When we have already bought a recipe, STOP STOCKING IT! It is very annoying to try and get the few remaining recipes I have yet to learn.
FYI, your heroes do NOT need to only recruit from their same cult. So, for example, if you like the Council of Magi units (like me), just use their recruitment scroll to change the units for each of your heroes.
Easy High Score Level (way beyond 42): Follow Klimtom/Ph4n70m's advice, but instead of rockets, stand a decent ways behind the opening with your standard pistol. Then, place a paperweight on your spacebar, leave for an hour or two, come back and look at your crazy score :P
As a tutor, I highly recommend this game to anyone learning about cells. I've even mentioned it to a tutoring company I work with. Excellent mix of both learning and fun. I'd love to see more of these games!
