It really is getting better and I love that, not to mention it actually is pretty fun. Now that that is out of the way, could I make a few table suggestions? 1. Remove the robot. It has some off-tone blue light and obstructs vision. I know it took some work, but eventually you’ll make the game better than the robot. 2. Above the flipper/spinner thingy you added, close it off. Yes, close it. It might seem stupid but see #3. You can still put some type of point bonus for going in the little crevice. 3. The area above the ramp to the loop-de-doop and to the left of the 250 point white ramp you can make a bumper area we can shoot for. You will need to put a wall on the right side of it walling off the flipper passage but I think it would be better for the table. What pinball table doesn’t have a jackpot bumper area at the top to earn varying but usually high amounts of points? 4. That loop-de-doop deserves some big bonus for completing. I got it at an average of less than once per ball, so could it be practical to make it give extra balls? 5. Is there some way that you could make a small little bump near the ball dumps at the sides? So if you hit the white wall to the right of the right dump it will jump over the hole. There just seems too many balls being lost from the sides. 6. Even out the two sides by the flippers, the left side is much more detailed than the one on the right. I know you are likely planning this but I think it might be best to bump up the priority, cosmetic appearances sadly do matter when people first look at a game. Something to do with polish. 7. Add some detail to the side targets, such as a switchable light on each that can be toggled by hitting them. It would look cool and possible set up some type of jackpot in the future. 8. ???? 9. I had other thing to do few days, but now I try to work on this game. I have that terrible high score bug, and It is first thing that has to be fixed. I put the robot there partly for performance testing, it has over 10 000 polygons, which is way too much. It’s an old model I have made before for fun, so It took very little work to add. Probably I will move it somewhere else. I’d like to add some functionality to it, for example he could take ball from loop-loop, and throw it on table afterwards. 2.spinner thingy you added… 4. That loop-de-doop deserves some big bonus…. I have been planning Jackpot (probably) from looploop after doing certain mission(s). Also I have planned that you get multiball/extra etc. bonuses from loop loop, but first you have to activate those completing missions or hitting certain targets. Jackpot amount would be increased by hitting bumpers and spinner(s). I’m also probably adding some multiply to score ( those 2x,3x,4x lights), I think it should multiply only basic bumber/ramp scores at the end of ball, not mission scores or jackpots etc. >> 5. …. make a small little bump … too many balls being lost from the sides. I’m going to remake area between lower bumpers and first ramp entrances. Also I’m planning to add some kickbacker for outside lanes that returns ball to table. At moment most of the models are actual collider models, that are used for physics. I will “replace” those with better looking models, but it’s not very fast and I haven’t done it for parts that will probably change, because then I would have to remake them. 9. Profit!

I can’t wait until you put in the game high scores so I can try for #1 for real. Also, have you decided on a theme? Just out of curiosity. show less |
