Yep.Most people play like 20 games and then whine about the bad luck.Yeah, it DOES get annoying sometimes, but IN THE LONG RUN you will have a better record if you are a better player.

It's basically same as getting stunned with Yoshiro and then getting 2 rising dragons (which kills off mouse of the characters).
Phylactery is a horrible luck item - good players won't ever use it

just had another game where the phylactery bugs out and works multiple time sin a row. FIX IT SO IT ONLY WORKS ONCE PER BATTLE
0.3x0.3 happening is NOT a bug.There's 9% for that to happen.If it works thrice in a row, there's almost 3% for that to happen.Nowhere near 'impossible' odds.

The best I would say is Phoebe as her power lash does alot of damage from far and only costs 55 including she has rapid lash and also breaking lash or something with decreases hit ratio.
You obviously aren't expierenced enough in this game.Phoebe is one of the WORST characters currently, mainly because characters like Yoshiro/Anex/VV are popular and good.You will NEVER get power lash off on any decent player.
Anex, which is tearing the game up at the moment murders her easily as well

I like Marquis Le Morte, although he is generally regarded as a weak character. He is very good at surviving, so long as Vanessa Voss is not involved in the picture.

People who play with Popo make me sick. There's isn't any strategy to playing him except "wow, I hope this hits!". If you want to gamble, go play internet poker, assholes.

It's similar to poker, you can always catch bad beats few times in a row.
Phylactery is actually pretty horrible.In the long run it isn't worth it.Sure, you can win some matches against better players, but that's like hoping to suck-out in poker with the worst hand: not profitable in the long run
dallenkkj there is a lot of stuff which majority of the community agrees isn't balanced yet.And I prefer quality over quantity.
I'd rather play with only 5 different characters if they are balanced well, rather than have 30 characters if half of them are useless.
I never understood why do regular players always want as much NEW(!!!!) stuff as possible.The stuff already in the game isn't balanced well enough yet, what's the purpose of introducing something new?..

Really nice story and the atmosphere overall.
The gameplay suffers a bit, but still, a nice game.4/5
