Hikaru Kyaccha is a 17 year old manakete that as super human fire breathing abilities. His parents abandoned him as a child because of their great misdeeds, they sent him to another planet after him and his parents where banished from their home planet

Hikaru Kyaccha is now in hiding from a mysterious force called “God of the Rose.”

A while later after Hikaru was banished by his home planet, Hikaru’s Neighbor planet (Tsuru’s planet) had contacted them to ask if they needed any help. The governor of Hikaru’s planet of course took advantage of that and eventually got Tsuru to help out. Tsuru Eventually got titled “God of the Rose” For his un-human ability to control any form of plant or weed.
