Man, I loved this game so much more the second time through. It was a breeze after maxing bunnies and b-lining to penguins. Who'da thunk that the best army comprised of 2 penguins and zounds of rabbits?
I really enjoyed the look and feel of the game.
I am however having trouble with the difficulty curve in the middle and would love some indicators about what paths the creatures are taking to limit the necessity of replaying each board.
The AI is allowed to bend a few rules for thematic reasons (like Eight using multiple copies, or Keen using invincible multiple times) and to help make up for it's lack of ability to make strategic decisions (like when the AI dazes you, even though you have 0 focus or when it throws damage at you when you're protected, etc.). The AI can also cycle item cards (as opposed to them being discarded) for the same reasons....yes, I DID c&p this from my last response ;)
Between not getting stamina back in-between battles and toggled abilities consuming stamina per turn instead of holding that stamina hostage, buffs are basically unusable. So make a party of mages and simple dps melee fighters, because everything else costs too much to use.
Launching the hook should auto return if it misses and latch onto objects better, I shouldn't be bumping a tire away from me with the object designed to grab it.
Save all your skill points to level only one skill, having an ability fire off every 4 rounds is better than 3 that fire at 7 since the charges don't build separately
