@the RedMage There is that possibility. Just click pause button on left corner below and you see options Upgrades/Next day/Resume. Just click one of them.

Worst is that i can buy 99 nuclear bombs, but cannot buy simple ammo for gun.
Try to throw fully upgraded plane straight up. I reached height over 1550m. And got more than 1000 space stars.
