Game comments and reviews

I hate these games. I never did have a sense of timing to ever complete games of this nature worth a damn. I despise these and they make me feel depressed in my inability to get anywhere in them. most grudging 5/5 ever, since the songs are nice. >:\

while plain, the concept is sound and could be turned into something entertaining. letting longest run be the decider for winning and allowing the camera to move (so I can center it on the ball and thus be able to mouse out trajectories that are currently impossible with your current placement, stuck on one end of the screen and unable to throw as far 'left' or 'up' as you are 'right' or 'down') would improve things.

to explore the other options (at least one of which is bugged? Am I supposed to walk from the park onto a giant piece of tablecloth with no exit? Is that the happy ending, where we enter the tablecloth-zone from the park and live happily ever after?) one must dump the specific file onechance.sol; it should be in \Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\\chat.kongregate.com\gamez\0009\7890\live\One_Chance_kong.swf\ If the numbers are not correct try searching for the file in chat.kongregate.com And a very sarcastic thank you to the developer that made me learn this. :p

There is no more honest a love than the love of food.

The game itself is good, but the copyright/intellectual property/trademark signs all of the place have soured me towards the game; Those laws are sometimes helpful but far more often used as bludgeons by organizations that can afford to enforce their contract laws, dinosaurs that protect the rich at everyone's expense. I feel that the alternatives such as creative commons, gnu, and others are much better in relation to invention and shared creation.

I'm torn between voting it up for trying to teach proper typing skills, or voting it down for the derogatory and stereotypical view of 'natives' Yes yes yes, I'm being washy and over-sensitive, I know. But the native looks like he was copied straight out of a imperial-era English political cartoon regarding Africans. Not the kind ones, mind you. >> also, doesn't seem to keep up well with even moderate typing speeds, but it seems to be targeted at young children, so... *shrug*

almost all the sprites for enemy ships have been taken directly from an old shareware game called Tyian 2000. I'm not sure if anyone cares about the potential infringement there since the game is so old though.

Instant favorite. Love the ambience, love the customization. ^_^ Needs a key to disable the tractor beam; it gets hard to do so by click once your ship is a little large. >_> also, in the future it might be better to put skills on only some parts; It gets a little unmanageable to get all the skills into their correct slots after a bit. Or maybe make skills stack? That is, if you have 5 thrust 1s you can just click that one skill button up to 5 times. Also, i'd like more parts that didn't have handed symmetry; I can't find a right handed missle launcher. It makes the lobstership look bad. :(

I know this is a satire. I know it's supposed to be short... but it was pretty good! My grind sense tingles! make a real, cheesy, cliche rpg! Please?! PLEASE?!

Pandemic: American Swine

I like this more than pandemic, but I admit my moralistic bias. There needs to be a 'next day' button or faster time speed. Also shutting down air/sea-ports is cheaper by several fold than a single roadblock. I find this laughable. are the roadblocks jewel encrusted, twenty foot high steel barricades? lastly, people die too slowly AND too quickly. I lost 3/4s of huston's population in 2 days, but it took the other 32 days for 5 people in florida to either become immune or die. A little more thought there would be nice.

It'd be really nice if this game had a sandbox mode, where you can just explore and blow random battle groups up.

Too short and too easy, but the art is beautiful.

Reminds me of Tyrian for some reason. A little clunkier movement though.

If the first vaccine doesn't work but also doesn't grant your disease immunity, the second vaccine is never deployed. Wondering if this bug is persistant or just me.

given all the sour comments I feel compelled to say that I liked the game. Then again, I can type at a reasonable speed.
