Damn AG and their wanting to keep all the "cool" stuff exclusive to their site... oh well... still a good game, going to have to map out all the upgrades and such one of these days... or find a premade mapping of it >.>
4/5 for a few reasons, mostly the AG.com exclusive thing, and the inability to change your upgrade path...
It feels like a bad ripoff of Einhänder or something. Don't hear me wrong, this isn't that bad of a game. However, I do believe the lightning gun to be severely overpowered compared to most of the other weapons. (which still makes a L5 lightning gun just enough for most enemies in the 2nd stage) The process of character selection is silly. I usually play with high speed based craft, but I was wrong with this game. It is far better to just pick green and fly through everything with a lightning gun and just grab health on the way. I'm done rambling now, and in conclusion:
I know I dogged on this game a big, but it was decently made. The graphics are great, the game itself isn't half bad, and while it seems to be based on a much higher difficulty curve, I actually enjoy that. 3.5/5... which makes that 4/5 rounded up because I'm in a good mood. Maybe I'll play some more later and change my rating... maybe...
This game just makes me cry, I beat the thing, it seems to cause more lag than it really should in the "Keep Playing" mode... The guns are buggy, there's ways around slow reload times, there bullet(/lazer/pacman) trail is totally flawed.
If you are on the right, and the enemies are on the left, and there are 20 guys between you and the guy you are aiming at, you shouldn't hit him, you should hit the guy that's first in line come on people, simple physics...
I _really_ cannot believe this won a weekly contest.

Why does it say that the boss glitch has been fixed when obviously, it has not? There's also plenty of bugging when you will randomly be teleported around the stage, in fact, level one, I was running above the stage, and completely avoided all obstacles.
I'm sorry, but kong staffers should try to not choose bugged games as challenges. I don't care if this is an easy challenge game or not, it's also one of the worst music oriented games I've played in a long time. Good night.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to be rather harsh here, this game is far from complete, it's hardly even started. The programing so far is terrible, the combat system is no where near balanced. I'd personally prefer if people actually finished making a game before posting it. Kong is not a place for play-testing, that's what friends are for imo. W/e I'm going to make an attempt to hit level 3 on this game... because after 20 fights, I've yet to win 3... 1/5 because 0 isn't possible.
3/5 too short, too repetitive, to easy... and really the most animation you had, was when you were dazed... zomg the skills MOVE! -_-'... I understand it's a simplistic game, but a little animation never hurt anyone.
Made me cry.. reminded me of an old game I used to play. Einhänder, (wikied here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einh%C3%A4nder)
Though, I have to admit, Square's version is by far better...
Very nice, give the game badges, probably one of the best sim games I've played in a LONG time. Though, somehow, I froze the game when using the pick a card special... clicking cards early seems to do this... no face of the card when chosen, and game wouldn't let me continue... Still good though, 4/5 work on bugs and will bump it to 5/5
Cute, and gets hard/annoying around the 10th level... Nice for a few minutes, but gets yeah, boring a little later. Though, I do like the "autofill" power up, went to the restroom on round 28 because I had one.
Also, cutest sheep is definitely the one that pops from the sides.
API, and maybe more challenge later on. Missing sheep should be more of a scaled impact on your meter, and take more as the levels get higher. I've actually typed in 999 (twice) and was off by over 900 and didn't lose.
