pitwarkiller456, you cant base a whether a character is good on just one match off. Ashi can pwn more at close range against pretty much most other cards. Andro is a great long ranger but lacks any close range attacks at all so it is very hard to land consecutive attacks.
yoshiro is just a quick damager with both ranges...thats it.
at close range all of these cards can pwn him: ashi, oni, mlm, cc, vv, higashi, cain, and maybe even popo depending on if you are lucky
well, the only time that yoshiro is useful at close range besides finishing off is if you are going for constant stunning, which rarely happens. i think even anex can rape yoshiro at close range

anyways yoshiro is pretty balanced...his attacks are pretty weak if you think about it. he is only mediocre at both ranges. if he goes against a good long ranger at long range or a good close ranger at close range he does not really stand a chance. he is only good against other people with weak moves at certain ranges
they probs would no implement trading cards. multi accounts is obviously gona be abused. like starting a new account and pwning noobs till you have 10 cards then you trade the cards
