@mrawesumm You don't need a save button, it saves automatically
~If you read previous posts, like mine and the one before, you'd see why we ask it. The auto-save feature is nice, yes, but doesn't always work. A manual save method would be a much safer way to make sure we don't lose progress. It takes days to get hundreds of billions of experience. Even my wizard, who gets on average ~4-5million experience per kill, takes a good few hours for 1%. It's a pain to lose a whole level that's worth a good 10 trillion experience. That happened to me 3 times, as well as the other guy who lost a whole character. Auto-save isn't safe enough for many of us with choppy internet, questionable computers, annoying family who likes to shut the computer off at night and (censored) siblings that no one likes who does it to piss you off. Many reasons we request manual, and all are legitimate reasons.
Is it possible to influence the game in any way? Except from choosing class etc at the beginning?
~No, there is not. The only thing you influence is just what items it buys and what style of combat it uses. In other words, just the class. Magic-type will use spellbooks and spells when and if available, generic warrior will use mounts and melee with a possible fireball, if its stronger, and then the rogue/ranger type will use ammo and I guess range-type attacks (not magic, similar to melee). Just choose what you like best. No matter what you choose, it will grow and be a strong character. Some classes just get stronger faster.

I agree! A save button is a necessity! In the past week, I went from lvl 19 with ~50%, give or take 5%, to lvl 18 with 2% (first time), then another happened, got to 19 again with 23%, then fell to lvl 18 with 2%. Third time got all the way back up to 19 with 44%, and now I'm at 19 with 2% *I saved this time :p*
It'd be nice to not have to worry like that. I nearly had a heart attack when I wasn't lvl 19 that third time...
"I think I found a semi-bug... I had the task of defeating 48 Newts, only I would fight everything BUT newts. So doing this quest literally took almost 24 hours. In the mean time, i collected 1000+ diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, idols, and trophies. Before the quest, I had 395,392,615 gold (because this happened once before). I now have 330,766,480,716,573 gold..... I really just want to go on a super shopping spree instead of only buying one thing after every quest :p"
That happens now and again. thats what suicide is for! :D
"Okay so let me get this straight. Im on an orcish ship, fighting 2 headed squids, serpentine creatures from DnD, and my job is to find a Glowing Couch...."
The Orcs stole some radioactive waste. Thats a quest we'll have in the near future; collect stolen radioactive waste :D

Much better than CtC. As said before, the no-luck factor in shooting helps a lot. The hostages add a fun element of tactics to the game, and the three different ammo types is also very interesting. If I could, I'd give it a 15/5.
*falls asleep waiting for it to load...* *has a very nice dream then wakes up with my alarm clock ringing in my ear telling me to go to school*
Is it still loading? I'll play it when I get home, then I can comment on how good it is after it loads!
Is it just me, or does it seem like when you have teleportation, that you don't walk to the place, like the oasis. I have a high teleportation, and I went from selling treasure maps to delivering an item in the enchanted forest. I think teleportation goes from town to wherever the quest is. Anyone else notice this, or other instant movements from place A to place B? Hopefully I'm right :D
Whats the point of having such high level spells if we cant use them? I see my wizard only use 'heal' now, since it only has like 40 mana... I've got a very nice Fireball level, and I wanna use it! D: still a 4/5 game. Would be 5/5, IF there was a few things clearer, like saving, a few very minor glitches, and the problem with having infinitely strong spells and being unable to use them.
How do you save? I've yet to figure it out.
To those who - any comment that's not "I LOVE THIS GAME!!1!", read on. I do like this game, it's easily one of my favorites. Just scared of losing my character if there's a power outage or something. Tried refreshing/quitting at various times, and no saves. Support the auto-save feature.
lol easiest epic war ive played so far. Still extremely fun. Did the Angel/hobbit/elf/dwarf/mage/asdf-autofire glitch and killed The End. Forgot to use the arrows the first time, so I got owned while it had like 150k hp left. Felt really stupid afterwards :)
Well, I still love this game. Going for the 50 talent badge atm. I've noticed that a few of the skills in the skill trees of some units [like chaos mage, for example] have misspellings, like mixing up the 'i' and the 'r' in 'their'. Other things like doubling up on the flying ability on the scout bar, as well as having the flying ability on monsters that do not, in fact, fly. One of them was a necromancer. I know they do not fly, lol.
@mak3000; I find stabbing my toe quite entertaining. Since I find it entertaining, I quite enjoy this game. 5/5
Only 1 bug found currently, with 2 suggestions;
~some flying monsters have two [flying]'s in their brief overview thing on the bar
~allow us to change the quality outside the playing map. It's quite annoying, being unable to read and not change it, and;
~selling units. I've lost many a map wasting spaces for bad units :s
Have to say that its quite imbalanced. At the beginning, its rather difficult, and quoting from earlier "even for hardcore players". Once a warrior gets decent armor and a good weapon, its not that difficult. Good game, though, many challenges. Stats are also a little off and maybe a bit imbalanced, and also quoting from earlier "magic grove, stress. find treasure, stress. find a few coins, get stressed", everything causes stress. Sometimes a little excessive. 6.5/10, a few tweaks and other features and id easily give it 8+. beat with 47 weeks left ^.^
excessively overpowered monsters.. an orc shaman.. it hits HARDER with melee than it does with magic, and thats saying a lot. hits almost as hard as a grunt, and a rogue, and thats in two easy dungeons..
@rayderhunt123, if your going to rant, please do so in one comment, and please keep it appropriate. there's no need to try to make the creator of the game hate him/herself for making the game. It's just a game, and if you don't like it, kindly leave and let the rest of the glorious members of Kongregate and the always welcome guests to play it and enjoy the game, be it to how much you do, or far more. Your 4 comment rant is highly unnecessary. Not to mention quite mean, more or less.
