Really loved that the puzzle elements meshed so well with the platforming side of the game to make it an engaging platformer as well. The puzzle side of the game wasn't about pixel-perfect jumping or timing-based, which made it even better as it was truly all about puzzle-solving! Finally, while the simple element of changing switches was repetitive, it didn't become tedious or boring - rather, it changed depending on the layout of the platforms. Truly deserving of 5 stars. Great job!
Thanks for pointing this out -- it is a little slow because we wanted to make sure it triggers after a save file is loaded. I just updated the badge description to clarify this.
I threw a whole bunch of fowl puns to distract the chickens, debated a beary grizzly bear, and put up with some pop culture references in a final fiery debate with a phoenix. What a flight!
Get hold of an older computer that runs the game slowly. Makes it a ton easier to handle the multiple obstacles. Also, while speeding up to get away from the rider, slowing down before a branch will help you dodge it.
A great new concept that when added on top of an 8-bit retro pixel shooter produces such an innovative game such as this! You have truly outdone yourself already with the new ideas you have injected into this game, so well done and keep up the good work! The difficulty is also just right for a short "kill-time" game, and like everyone has said: We can't wait to see what you can produce when you're given more time!
This has got to be one of the best "spotting" games I've ever played. The art is well-done, and the game itself is no walk in the park: You actually have to distinguish between moving backgrounds and the hidden objects. As a fan of this type of game, I found it a very refreshing experience. The story is also good, and the introduction really sucks one into playing the game. The voice-acting lends itself well to the story-telling. One thing, though, I was wondering why she still continued to receive missions despite having gotten a ticket to Yona already. Probably a personal preference, but I would have liked to see a reason for those two missions there. On the whole, though, great job!
"why she still continued to receive missions despite having gotten a ticket to Yona already."
It's a far place. One ticket won't do it. There are multiple pit stops. Thank you your appreciation.
I am pleased with your reaction.
I think the money problem everyone's having is a matter of language: The "prize money" stated is the total possible money you can collect on the level. I've completed a level completely out of bounds, and I didn't get any "prize money" because I didn't get any cash pickups.
Love the gameplay that expands on the "one-button" genre of games. Fast-paced and exciting, really love the starting ground that the developers can build upon! Good work!
Thank you a lot!
